All of our products are covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty.
During this warranty period defective products will be immediately replaced.
We warrant that our products, when stored, installed and used under normal conditions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24-months from date of purchase.
All of our products are warranted to not damage the print head and/or printing mechanism and/or printer components when stored, installed and used in accordance with the recommended procedures of the product manufacturer or the equipment manufacturer’s recommended procedures.
We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for damage to any equipment due to lack of routine and proper service, maintenance or cleaning, including the replacement of service components at the end of their rated lives, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
